It has been confirmed that Eliquim Mangala a former FC Porto player has passed his medicals with Manchester City ahead of his big money move to Etihad stadium.
It was reported that Manchester United submitted a late bid but still failed to secure the services of the highly rated French defender, who is said to cost their rivals around 38.1m pounds.
