Manchester United have sold full-back Patrice Evra to Italian champions Juventus, reports the club's official site.
The French international, who made 379 appearances for the club throughout his nine seasons, won a number of trophies, including five Premier League titles and the Champions League. Having joined the club from Monaco in January 2006, in the same month former captain Nemanja Vidic arrived at the club, Evra quickly became United's No.1 left-back, and played an integral role for the side throughout his Old Trafford career.
